CRL North American Patch Door Kit for Use with Fixed Transom and Two Sidelites - With Lock

CRL PHA5 North American Door Kits come with all the hardware to complete a free-swinging door with a fixed transom and two sidelites, (except glass and additional supports for the fixed transom and sidelites). Pivot setback is 2-3/4" (70 mm). Floor closer with tapered spindle (order separately) may be used with this Kit. Kit Contains: 2 - PH40 Sidelite Mount Transom Patches 1 - PH20A Top Door Patch 1 - PH10C Bottom Door Patch 1 - 1NT306 Stop Insert 1 - 1NT403 Bottom Pivot Gaskets for 3/8" or 1/2" (10 or 12 mm) tempered glass. (Holes and notches are required in the glass.) Kit with lock also come with each Cat. No. AMR205 Patch Lock.
