The heads on this broccoli variety remind us of Godzilla's head emerging from the water in the old films. This unique broccoli variety produces very large heads that grow higher on the plant than traditional varieties. The leaves are also set lower on the plant. The elevated head and lower leaves make for easier harvesting. Heads have small, fine beads which gives them an excellent texture. This is a great variety for raw consumption or cooking. Cut florets into small pieces for your favorite vegetable tray, or throw in the steamer for a quick meal. It also stores well when blanched and frozen.
