1/2 Rag Joint 17MM-DD with Rubber Disc

OEM Style half rag joint steering coupler. Includes steering box side and rubber disc with hardware. Fits 17MM DD input of our part #800128 Ford power steering upgrade box to connect to the rag joint flange at the base of the stock steering columns. On older factory applications, a flexible coupling was used to attach the steering column to the steering gearbox when there was perfect alignment. If the original column or box is changed, the stock coupling may not work. If a conversion from a long input steering box to a short input with an aftermarket steering column is done, a flexible coupling needs to be added. We offer a wide variety of Splined and Double-D (DD) sizes to fit most applications. Rag joints are only available in paintable steel. Splines shown on attached coupler photo are not actual.
