AniMed Via-Calm

AniMed Via-Calm is beneficial for horses prior to a stressful situation such as training or competition, or where the addition of Via-Calm's active ingredients may be necessary. Yea-Sacc® 1026 and yeast cultures supply a source of live, naturally occurring beneficial microorganisms for healthy digestion and gut stability. Will not cause drowsiness. Contains 1,000 mg l-tryptophan, 500 mg thiamine, 227 mg calcium and 142 mg magnesium. Gel also contains 1,000 mg live yeast cultures. Gel Directions: 5-10 ml per 1,000 lbs body weight daily, or 10-20 ml 1/2 hour prior to an event.  Powder Directions: Horses of all classes and ages - 1-2 Tbsp per 1,000 lbs body weight daily, or 2-4 Tbsp 1/2-1 hour prior to an event which may create excitement or stress. Large end of enclosed scoop measures 1 Tbsp (approximately 1/2 oz). 2 lbs = up to 64 day supply.
