Not too thick, not too thin. Kentucky's connection to barbecue sauce is hazy. There isn't a recognized "Kentucky-Style." However, by adding a splash of bourbon and sweetening it with Kentucky-grown sorghum, we created a distinctive Kentucky flavor.
