1958 Tudor Big Crown Submariner 7924 Gilt Dial

Excellent and thick case that shows some wear from use. The black bezel insert is also in excellent condition and has aged to a blue-grey hue. The insert is newer and was most likely replaced at a service in the 1960's. The watch does not currently pass a pressure test. USA C&I Rivet 1-73. Bracelet. Excellent gilt dial that has aging to a dark chocolate hue. The hands have aged to a milk chocolate hue, and the hands lume have aged a dark sage hue. All lume glows faintly when exposed to UV and falls off rapidly.  Service papers.
