What to Expect During the Program? Everyone is different and results may vary from person to person.   In general during the 10 days after eating cleaner and consuming the supplements your digestion will begin to improve incrementally and you may experience a reduction in bloating within a day or two.   You may also experience more regular bowel movements, improved energy and better overall mood.   During the cleanse you may experience an increase in bowel movements and it is recommended that on day 9 and 10 you stay close to home and reduce activities.   Some people have a significant cleansing on day 10 while others have increased bowel movements for several days after the cleanse.   Bowel movements will return to normal and bloating will be eliminated after days 10 (some clients report it takes up to 14 days).   You will feel lighter, more energetic and have a radiant glow after the 10 day program.
