2-Pack - 4.10x3.50-4 Carefree flat-free tires mounted the 2-wheel Velke brand sulky rims with bushings and bearings inside the hub.  Velke part numbers 72310001 and 72410084. Fully compatible with all 2-wheel Velke brand sulkies.  Sold as a set of 2. The 'spanner bushing' or metal sleeve with the hole for the lynch pin is NOT INCLUDED in this wheel and tire assembly set.  Please purchase 1 or 2, depending on how many you need to replace, if you also need to replace that part.
