IHS-KZ-6 HANDHELD THERMO-GROOVER WITH INTERNAL CONTROLS

The Model KZ-6 Thermo-Groover is equipped with internal controls (No Separate Controller Required).  It's heated blade cuts grooves in synthetic rubber and thermoplastics: PU, PE, Polyester Foams and Soft PVC Synthetic Resins.  Blades instantly heat up as soon as forward pressure is applied. This compact thermo-grooving tool's design allows for the cutting temperature to be adjusted to suit your desired width, depth, and cut speed.  In applications where material tends to weld together again after cutting— these cuts are wide enough to prevent this problem. Cutting head holds blade sizes from 2 to 28 mm wide, and are available in round or wedge shapes!  Therefore, this is the perfect regroover for your tool set!
