Lightning is a "sticky" vinyl, with a high-shine gloss coating that catches the light and holographic lightning strikes throughout. Sticky vinyls are nicknamed as such because of the way your presser foot may "stick" to the vinyl instead of gliding smoothly across it while sewing. As such, it can be tricky to work with but a little patience and some tips and tricks go a long way to making it far easier to sew.
