These are US-made steel dies compatible with most table-top die cutting machines. This is a single die measuring 1.25 x 5.25. It does not have an outer border so it can be used to cut the pattern on a layer or a card front. It can be made into a border strip by trimming the edges of the die cut with a paper trimmer.
