Vignobles Chasson La Vigne Oubliee 2021

This is the Domaine's Prestige cuvée. This wine comes from a very old plot where the tortuous strains give very few grapes, but what grapes! We have done everything possible to restore this plot and transcribe all its personality into the bottle.The colour is dense, the nose is fine and deep, incredibly complex, the aromas of undergrowth, blackberries and brambles intermingle with notes of garrigue such as thyme and cade with touches of verbena. This wine unfolds in elegance with a silky and subtle palate.
