Small Stacks + Pearl Arch

What's included with this display: 2 - Small stacks with 26" number toppers or a large foil shape. Small stacks are around 4 ft tall  Helium-filled 11" latex balloons tied on a line & attached to each small stack. The initial width is around 10 feet and the height is 7 feet. This can be adjusted by moving the ends closer or further apart.   We can make this to any width or height by adding additional line. If you would like to add more helium latex to the line.
