Description  Challenge - Analyzing violent risk and threats  The challenge is helping teachers, educators, student discipline and conduct, counseling staff, law enforcement, and BIT/CARE teams better understand how to address the process of a violence risk assessment and how to most effectively understand the actual dangerousness of threatening behaviors. Special consideration will be given to the dangers of siloing or the dangers of limited information sharing and missing the larger contextual clues necessary to assess the threat and concerning behavior.
