Domaine Antoine and Laura Robin is a family-run winery in the heart of Chablis, built on passion and tradition. Founded in 1990 by Laurent Robin with just 7 acres of Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, the estate has since grown to 14 hectares by 2018, now encompassing all four Chablis appellations: Petite Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru. The domaine follows a sustainable approach to viticulture, practicing reasoned farming with regular plowing to maintain healthy, living soils. From the Winery:The Premier Cru Vaillons is one of the best-known vineyards on the Left Bank, with its southeastern exposure. Within this appellation, there are eight different lieux-dits, four of which are cultivated by the Domaine. The plots are on average 40 years old. 750ml
