Ciabot Berton crafts full-bodied red wines that honor the ecosystem of the vine and the unique terroir of the Langhe. All vineyards are nestled in the prestigious La Morra cru, with sites like Roggeri, San Biagio, Rive, and Rocchettevino facing Alba’s sunlit slopes. The Oberto family’s roots in winemaking trace back to the 1200s, but the modern story began in the 1950s, when Luigi Oberto and his father Giovenale tended Nebbiolo vines on Bricco San Biagio. Since the 1990s, Luigi’s children—Marco, an oenologist, and Paola, an agronomist—have brought new energy and expertise, continuing the family’s deep commitment to quality and tradition. This Beautiful Barbera D'Alba has a gorgeous red violet color with amazing notes of cherry and spice on the nose and the palate, and just the right acidity that makes it a fresh and and flavorful delight.  It is ideally served at room temperature with cold cuts, pasta dishes and fresh cheeses.  750 ml
