Its prized clay-loam and gravelly limestone soils add depth and character. Winemaker Dean Stoyka, a Niagara native raised among vines and barrels, now leads the cellar with a passion for innovation, sustainability, and expressive, site-driven wines. TASTING NOTES Barrel selected from three distinctive vineyard blocs. A kaleidoscope of smoke, cassis, violet and black olive tapenade opens up this complex Cab Franc. Crushed granite, cured meat and black plum comprise the lush and layered palate.
