In 1987, three friends came together to establish Domaine du Chardonnay with just 11 acres of vines. Today, the domaine spans 34.5 hectares, with only estate-grown grapes vinified and aged in its own cellars. Reflecting the balance of tradition and innovation found in the Chablis region, the winemaking philosophy honors time-honored methods while embracing modern precision. Every step—from grape to must to wine—is guided by deep respect for the land and a commitment to quality, supported by evolving expertise and meticulous control throughout the process. Lively aromas of honeysuckle, citrus fruit and pears with subtle chalky mineral hints. Supple and full in the mouth with alluring flavors of pear, citrus, apple and apricot with nice acidity on the long, mineral finish.
