TASTING NOTESFully ruby colour. A complex blackcurrant, blackberry aroma with a touch of violet and hints of red pepper, vanilla and herbs. Smooth and round mouthfeel; the soft tannic cushion gives way to a flavoursome palate which releases pleasant honey-roast aromas.
