Bio-Feedback Scan

Request a regularly scheduled bio-feedback scan!   In conjunction with this request, please submit an Existing Patient Health Update form which can be found here Dr. Debbie requests an update prior to performing a bio-feedback scan.   You can expect that your bio-feedback scan will be performed 5-10 business days (Tues-Fri) after our office receives your submitted update form.     If you require immediate assistance, please select "Emergency Bio-Feedback Scan".  This will place your request at the top of the scheduled bio-feedback scan appointments and will be completed within 48 hours of your request.  Please call our office to give details regarding your emergency 802-433-4257.     *You must be a patient of Integrated Health Solutions to receive any services or recommendations from Dr. Debbie* If you are interested in becoming a new patient of Integrated Health Solutions, LLC and would like to move forward now, please purchase a New Patient Workup from our online store.
