XJ Rear Coil Conversion Bracket Kit

For years leaf springs have done a great job of giving the Cherokee XJ a stable and simple rear suspension platform. Sadly, for the avid off-road enthusiast, wheel travel and articulation have been limited greatly by the leafs. As always the jeep nerds here at Ironman4x4fab.com have taken a current but incomplete idea and made it into a simple cut and weld system that allows for a 5" coil (any WJ 99-04 grand Cherokee front coil) to easily be installed and retained with coil clamps. The coils ride on rubber isolators for a smooth, quiet, and predictable suspension. The main bracket notches into the rear chassis and welds in wherever the builder chooses for wheelbase location. It has face gussets built in to allow for rear stiffness and surface area strength. The upper plate has 2 hole patterns laser cut into it allowing for our internal air bump and ride height tuning kit. This kit also includes 2 lower coil mounts all made from 1/4" laser cut steel with coil retention mounts as well. C
