6ct nymphs Nymphs take 6-9 months to sexually mature. The males will mature about a month before the females and gain some beautiful wings. They can’t fly, but they can glide. Once that happens, the males only live about 6 months roughly. The females retain sperm and only need to technically mate once although I’ve seen mine mate more than once. They mate butt to butt. The moms then are pregnant around 60 days. They carry the babies under them for about a month. I’ve seen a few carry the babies for the moms and they aren’t old enough to breed yet themselves. Nymphs can climb walls day 1. Nymphs are very small and need to be housed in something with very small ventilation holes till they grow bigger. I have evolved keeping these over the years. From gasketed bins to Vaseline slathered arboreal enclosures now. For awhile they didnt do great. However, when I moved them and changed to a low heat 15w uva/uvb bulb combined with the extra airflow they have done so so much better. I also have
