Psagot is located in the hills of Binyamin overlooking Jerusalem. The Burg family founded it after they were inspired by an ancient coin found in a cave on their property next to an old wine press. The winery is a continuation of wine production dating back thousands of years in the area. The grapes for this elegant and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc were night-harvested from quality vineyards in the Jerusalem Mountains. The nose displays lifted, rich citrus and melon fruit.
