I must say these peanut butter cookies don't feel or even taste traditional. They are exceptional! These smooth, not too heavy or dense just perfect peanut butter bliss cookies are Grandpa's favorite. With 14 brothers and sisters growing up peanut butter was a staple in his household. Thus the inspiration for the perfect peanut butter cookie.
