"Chicago style" (open web truss / lattice support columns) - 2 Track Deluxe "Extension" Kit includes 2 Support Columns, intended to attach to a "Starter" kit, or another Extension kit. The open-web trusses and lattice support columns in this kit represent the Chicago-style L structure. Tie sections and (center) walkway included, ready for your hand-spiked or glued down rail. HO scale dimensions are 9.5" long x 4.5" wide, 5.25"T  (per section) with 4.1" underside clearance. NOTE Dec. 2020: This is "Gen2.0" designed to integrate with our NY-style Elevated structure at track level.  If you are building onto existing Chicago "Gen1.0" structure, please contact us so that we may provide you with that engineering level kit. One piece tie strips are ready for your hand-spiked or glued down rail (rail not included, code 83 recommended). Use an NMRA fixture to gauge your rails.
