Coconut Cream Pie

Coconut Cream Pie is one of our most requested flavors. Pure ingredients blended together in a delicate flaky pastry highlight the star of the show... toasted (unsweetened) organic coconut flakes. You’ll find we are generous with the coconut! First we sprinkle a layer in the bottom of the pastry shell before the filling is added. Next we incorporate more into the scratch-made vanilla cream, and finally we finish things off with a layer on the top.  Ingredients: (pastry) butter, water, shortening, flour, salt (filling) milk, egg yolk, salt, butter, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, cornstarch, organic coconut flakes(toasted)
