cesta tote ~ medium ~ basket weave

Designed by ixöq and handwoven by our partner artisans in Guatemala, using threads of recycled plastic, our medium size ‘cesta’ totes come in a variety of colors and designs. The boxy design creates a small tote that can still carry so so much. These are totes are perfect as a small market tote (nothing will get smushed!), a lunch or take out carrier, home office storage or as a purse. The sturdy design means you won’t lose things in an infinite bag bottom. And they are very durable and easy to clean and 100% vegan! The basket weave is a new design for 2025, introduced in late 2024. Two colors are interwoven together to simulate the look of a natural fiber basket. All ixöq products are ethically made, sustainable sourced and follow fair trade standards. We work directly with our partner artisans on each custom order and pay a fair wage for the artisans’ work.  Each cesta tote comes with a decorative tassel.  Dimension: 12"w x 5.5"d x 10.25"h.
