Navy Ruffle Hem Blazer

 Small (0-2) / Med (4-6) / Large (8-10) I kept a Size Small.  Length of Small = 27” 65% rayon / 35% polyester The fabric is a pretty year round fabric & is semi lightweight - definitely not heavy but not paper thin either. The shade of blue is a beautiful sapphire shade of navy; I ❤️ mine! I’m no equestrian but sometimes I like to dress like one to feel all sophisticated 😝 ...
