The work is housed in a Japanese style gilded frame behind plexiglass.Norstrom’s work is very scarce and I was unable to locate another copy of this edition.About the artist:Little-known and under appreciated female artist Wanda Norstrom was a student at the Art Institute of Chicago in the early 1930s. Following her schooling, she travelled to West Africa where she produced a series of drawings that have since been published in book form.Having an obvious artistic and creative talent, Norstrom spent much of her career in interior design, including working as the design director at the Philadelphia Museum of Art in the 1960s.Norstrom's work has been featured
