Castle's Extravaganza (Ethiopia)

Character Notes Blueberry, Earl gray, Peach Roast Light-Medium Roast Description We source this coffee from Guji Zone of Ethiopia. The coffees from this lot were grown in the forests surrounding Yabitu Koba, Larcho Torka, and Layo Teraga.  The coffees from Guji Zone are wonderfully floral, sweet, and full of complex flavors. This new 2021 lot of Uraga is no exception. The Kerchanshe washing station where our coffee is processed began over 15 years ago and now comprises 350 raised beds, supporting 1,900 farmers. This is a washed whole bean coffee.  Ground options are available.
