Small Terra-cotta Plates - Gray
Small terra-cotta plates finished with a shiny, gray glaze. Perfect for serving small bites, or storing items such as coins or jewelry. The clay used is a mixture of locally-sourced Baja clay and clay from Oaxaca. It is fired at a high temperature, which turns the clay a slightly darker color (the shade of a dark terra-cotta). Each piece is hand-dipped in a smooth, shiny glaze. Pair it with the coordinating Ofelia mug. Designed and handcrafted in La Paz, Baja in a woman-owned studio. Each plate is individually handmade and will have subtle variations in size, texture, and appearance. The bottom of each piece is signed by the maker, Olivia.
