Polyester foam pads. Soft, pliable and tough. Used for polishing. Eliminates swirl marks and prevents paint burning or greying. 80 PPI POLISHING - BLACK Reticulated Foam - Waffle - COOL-IT® Features Recessed Loop Back—Back of foam pad is recessed for extra protection from the edges of the hook backing plate and easy self-centering of Hook Backing Plate #69-080 (sold separately). COOL-IT® pads have a specially designed pattern cut in the foam which opens up as the polishing machine is in operation relieving pressure on the painted surface to "COOL-IT®". The waffle surface along with the COOL-IT® pattern traps excess polish & compound to keep the surface lubricated to prevent swirls, paint burning, separation and greying.
