"Coniferous Wasteland" Limited Edition Print Run of 24

Alaska Artwork and Photography I booked a one-way ticket to Alaska with the mission to see the Northern Lights. But I would have been an idiot to ignore everything else the state had to offer. And we saw a lot of it. In our hunt for clear skies at night, we drove over 2,000 miles in a week. During the day, we scouted public lands for interesting compositions for the Northern Lights. We ended up seeing some incredible sunsets along the way. Cotton candy skies behind snow-covered jagged mountains. Trees blasted by months of winter winds and sub-zero temperatures. The vast desolation of night country along the Dalton Highway, all the way to the Arctic Circle. Even if we hadn’t seen the lights, this would have been an incredible trip. Alaska is one of those places where you can stand anywhere in the state, look in any direction, and have your breath taken away. And during the winter, it’s an experience unlike any other.
