Here’s a downloadable PDF lead sheet (the main melody and chords) for “The Cassel Light,” a jig that I dedicated to my friend the fantastic fiddler Hanneke Cassel. This tune can be heard in a medley on the Kittel & Co. "Whorls" album, following the original slow reel "Fields of Brooklyn." The ornaments here are generally optional, and as usual with fiddle tunes, these are suggested bowings, not ironclad. Have fun!
