Sometimes I notice that my energy is leaking out in ways that don’t feel healthy for me. Worrying too much about what someone’s opinion is instead of stating rooted in my own truth. Worrying about all the ‘what ifs’ of a situation. Worrying about some unknown that I have no control over. Feeling fearful of something. I often notice it when I become aware that I’m having a made-up conversation with someone in my own head... that’s a sure sign that my energy is not where it should be. When I notice that I need to rein in my own energy, I often visualize putting a bubble of protection around myself. This works wonders for me every time and in so many different situations. I always feel grounded, protected, and more at ease when I do this.
