Effect Base

JOHENS® Effect Base soak off clear gel, no wipe. A must have gel for your kit to compliment the application of chrome powders & other effect pigments. This clear no-wipe gel is specially formulated to work as the base for applying chrome powders and effect pigments. The no-wipe formula will not leave a tacky residue layer after curing. Due to the formulation of our Effect Base gel, we do not recommend using it as a top coat. If you're looking for a high shine, long lasting no-wipe gel top coat, we recommend our JOHENS®Top Shine No-Wipe Gel Top coat.
