When we first talked with frequent collaborator Brad Leone about spoon rests, we were thrilled to discover that he has a pretty strong opinion about them: He likes 'em tall. His reasoning? It's a sturdier way to keep your spoon clean and in-place when you're not mid-stir. He makes a compelling argument for it!
