Our Organic Einkorn Sourdough Bread is made with 100% wholegrain einkorn flour that we stone grind ourselves. This einkorn bread is truly a Superfood. Our unique preparation process ensures that our bread is full of vitamins, minerals, probiotics, enzymes and fiber. Why is this bread a Superfood? 1) Made with Einkorn. Einkorn is an ancient grain over 3000 years old. It is non-hybridized and Non-GMO, unlike modern wheat, making it much healthier and easier to digest. 2) Sourdough: Long 48 fermentation to support probiotic growth which helps repair the gut. 3) Stone Ground: We use stone ground flour 4) Super Pure: No bromides or dough conditioners are added to the flour.
