Forgeline ZO1 Monoblock Series Wheels (ZO1)

Forgeline Monoblock Series ZO1 wheels forgoes the ZO1R’s aggressive open-lug center area for a more traditional lug center that accommodates their standard press-in aluminum center cap. The ZO1 features a classic split five-spoke design, concave profile, I-beamed spokes, and chamfered outer edge. The Forgeline ZO1 is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel that utilizes manufacturing technology similar to their very successful GS1R wheel. Beyond just beautiful style, the ZO1 is engineered to allow plenty of room for caliper clearance and extreme brake fitment. And the one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is lightweight, stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength. The ZO1 is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets.
