O2Y: Ode to Yayoi! Yayoi Kusama's work with color, circles, dots, anything round, inspired the evolution of my Masai collars. Working with premiere quality industrial felt, with influence of long-ago travels to East Africa and the Masai culture, I carefully hand-cut the felt and hand-dyed it using Shibori resist techniques. A stud closure adds to a clean look. The collar is light weight and can be worn on any occasion. Mini sits close to the collar bone.
