"Tsavo Moon" Indigo linen wrap

"Tsavo Moon" linen wrap is hand dyed by me using shibori stitch-resist techniques. A new endeavor in my studio, I am fascinated by this versatile plant dye that is used all around the world and can come from a variety of plants. The trick is to keep a healthy dye vat going through the fermenting process. Tsavo Moon - light an airy for the summer and quite handy and warm on colder Autumn days, I wear mine all year around. Measurements:  22" x 86" Care Instructions: Hand wash in cold water. Line or flat dry. Iron on cotton setting with steam. NOTE: Indigo can rub off on light color clothing. This is typical for indigo. After several washings this can subside.
