This is a cinnamon spice flavored cake with an apple pie, caramel, and cream cheese buttercream filling. The cake is then covered with vanilla buttercream and topped with a caramel drip and sprinkles. Serves 20- 1.25" wide slices (less servings the bigger the slice) Cake comes on a thick gold-wrapped cake drum, packaged in a Window box and requires refrigeration. Remove cake from fridge about 2 hours prior to serving. If traveling, keep cake in a cooler with ice packs.
