These are a great choice for an economical lifter for stock to medium performance applications. They feature an oiling hole to lubricate the cam lobe surface like many of the higher priced performance lifters, and weigh approximately 75 grams. We have used these for single valve spring applications where a lightweight valve train can extend the power band of an engine.
