The warp is cotton, the weft is hand-processed and hand-spun wool. This rug features natural wool colors in white and grey as well as dyed hues in lovely shades of blue. The patterns are a result of tapestry weave woven row by row on a large wooden pedal loom.  This size works great in so many areas, as accent pieces in larger rooms or as luxurious feet-warmers next to beds, chairs, even bathtubs.
