I happened across a copy of National Geographic magazine in which there was an article about the frankincense trade of ancient times. The author was describing the scent of a Middle Eastern open air market and said it smelled like 'frankincense and myrrh, cardamom and coffee..." I just let my imagination run with those beginnings and that is Souk.
