Kanguru Self-Service Password Management SSPM

Self-Service Password Management™ (SSPM™) is an optional, license-based service available to any Kanguru Defender secure flash drive user. With SSPM, a user will designate an email address that will be used to reset the Defender’s login password if and when the need arises. Users can choose to purchase either a 1-year, 2-year, or 3-year SSPM license. Remember, as a user of Kanguru Defender encrypted USB drive(s), you are the only one who has access to your drive, therefore Kanguru highly recommends Self Service Password Management.  NOTE: Customers who already have a KRMC Cloud or Enterprise Subscription account can immediately take advantage of this service as part of their Kanguru Remote Management Console, and therefore do not need to purchase this separate service.
