8oz bottle, HOW-TO LATTE: Mix equal parts DONA concentrate and milk.  Masala Chai Concentrate: Make the best chai latte at home. Just sweet enough. We add sugar just to bring out the complexities of the spices. Spice-forward, not too sweet. Our Process: Our chai is made in house. We grind spices fresh in our mill room before steeping them for over an hour in small batches in our custom kettles. While steeping, the spices are in constant circulation to optimize extraction.Then we filter, sweeten and bottle.
