Hiirodo copper with gold leaf, articulated gold plated silver components, sterling posts and backs. Embossed Oxidized Sterling Tops. 3mm pearls. 2” X 5/8” #F42 To create my copper finishes, I use a Japanese patina technique called “Hiirodo” where I heat the finished copper shape until brightly glowing, then plunge it into boiling water which achieves a plum red appearance.
