Style: Dry Sparkling Vintage: 2018 ABV:  12 % Region:  Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, Penedes Country:  Spain Varietal:  30% Macabeu, 30% Xarello, and 40% Parellada.  Pairing Ideas: Exceptional quality 'cava' can literally go with everything.  Pale, subdued, and elegant pale yellow color with clean, pure, and almost crystalline aromas of light citrus, white fruit, and a touch of camomile.
