The Grüner Veltliner is bright and refreshing. Sourced from a collection of organically farmed vineyards in and around the village of Göttlesbrunn. Pairing Ideas: a beautiful image of its variety, this GruVe is classic, medium weight with loads of green herbs and white pepper, this stainless steel fermented Grüner is bring and refreshing.   Pairs well with light fish and seafood, or go for Wiener Schnitzel or pork knuckle if a full-on Austrian experience is required. The winemaker recommends to shake the bottle a bit before serving. Certified Organic and certifiably delicious!
